What are your "special" skills – your specific skill set that you contribute to Landmark?
Mairi enjoys small-scale homesteading practices while rediscovering the outdoors through the eyes of her two children: daughter, Ellie, a kung fu master in the making, and son, Alex, the mini-version of her husband.
Why do you work for Landmark?
Because of the people!!! How cool is it to share so much time and swap stories with the most fun and interesting people around? Instructors, students, and sponsors alike! I love that my job brings so much laughter to my every day. It’s great to be surrounded by people who work as hard as they play. It strikes an even and energetic balance that I thrive on!
Any career or personal highlights you’d like to share?
Becoming a mom has been hard in light of the increased work load, but it has been the most amazing experience. It has reopened my eyes to the wonders around me, has increased my patience and stamina, has evolved my empathy with others, and has helped me to prioritize my life. Thanks for all your patience with me as I have entered into this new adventure!
