Group meals will accommodate both omnivore/carnivore (meat eaters) and vegetarian diets.

For vegan, gluten free, and other dietary restrictions, please plan to bring your own food to prepare. Cost for all meals covers 3 meals/day, from dinner on the evening of 1/9/19 through breakfast on the morning of 1/19/19.

The camp has a commercial kitchen, primarily used to accommodate the meal plan program. If you bring your own food to prepare, you may need to wait until the meal plan cooks are finished cooking the group dinner before you start using the stoves, pots and pans, etc. for your meal prep. The camp has adequate refrigerator space for you to store your own food separately from the group meals food, but be sure to label all of your own items.
Included in the tuition price, lodging in rustic cabins with heaters and ceiling fans. Cabins are located around a central bath/shower house. We plan to place no more than 4 people per 10 person capacity cabin, so there will be plenty of room, and you can choose your cabin mates if you’d like. We will have separate cabins available for those who snore. We may have some deluxe cabin individual rooms available for a small additional fee (bathroom & shower, and kitchenette in fancier cabin); some groups sending their staff may be interested in this option. Please inquire if you are interested in deluxe cabin rooms.
Uber, Lyft, and Orlando public transportation will bring you to Wekiwa Springs State Park, the location of the course. This cost is not covered by course tuition. Be sure to check Orlando area LYNX schedules if coming by public bus. If you drive, parking is free.
