Town is 10 minutes from our base, with ample restaurants and grocery store options. Available for student use are two standard refrigerators, two microwaves, coffee pots and hot water urns, as well as three double-burner induction stoves with required magnetic pots/pans. Cups, plates, bowls, and silverware are also available for student use. Students will each have a cubby to use for dry food storage and use the three-sink system for washing/sanitizing at the end of meals.
Lodging: $130 Camping; $250 Bunkhouse
Camping (bring your own gear) or bunk space (bring your sleeping bag and pillow) is available by reservation. These lodging options are located by foot, up the hill behind the Cane Creek Lodge. Campers are invited to use the showers in the Student Lounge area.
Bunkhouses are 2 max to a room, and we assign by gender. Each room has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Each pair of rooms shares a common connecting space and covered front porch for downtime and community.
Students may also opt to camp in their vehicles in the parking area. The camping fee applies, and they may use the campers’ showers in the Lodge. No electric or water hookup is available.
Arrival is from 12PM-5PM the day before the course starts for orientation and health screening. Housing assignments and the grounds orientation will be on the desk at the front of the classroom. If you cannot arrive by 5PM, you may arrive at 7:45AM on the first day of your course for health screening. Class begins promptly at 8AM.
Students must be packed and moved out prior to 8AM on the last day of the course.

Meals: $75
Meals will be provided starting Saturday morning with breakfast and go through Lunch on Sunday. Meals will be served in either a buffet lunch room style or individually packed (depending on COVID risk at the time). Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Be sure to indicate any restrictions/needs when you register.
Lodging:
Housing is a per night fee of $50 per night for a screened in cabin or $25 per night for a onsite camping. Restroom, shower and a large screened in dining hall are within walking distance of both the cabins and tent camping. For COVID safety cabins will be rented individually. Only 4 cabins max and booked on a first come first serve basis. Tent camping unlimited spaces available.
For those who are taking advantage of housing at camp, please arrive between 4:30-5:30 on Friday, March 12th, to health screen, check in and move in. You may also arrive the morning of Saturday, March 13th at 6:30-7:00 am for your health screen and move in. Then breakfast will be served from 7:00-7:45 and class will start at 8:00am sharp.

We are 15 minutes from downtown Harrisonburg, VA. No pets. No Alcohol onsite.

Students will each have a cubby to use for dry food storage and use the three-sink system for washing/sanitizing at the end of meals.
Lodging: $135 Camping; $225 Bunkhouse
Camping (bring your own gear) or bunk space (bring your sleeping bag and pillow) is available by reservation. These lodging options are located by foot, up the hill behind the Cane Creek Lodge. Campers are invited to use the showers in the Student Lounge area.
Bunkhouses are 2 max to a room, and we assign by gender. Each room has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Each pair of rooms shares a common connecting space and covered front porch for downtime and community.
Students may also opt to camp in their vehicles in the parking area. The camping fee applies, and they may use the campers’ showers in the Lodge. No electric or water hookup is available.
Arrival is from 12PM-5PM the day before the course starts for orientation and health screening. Housing assignments and the grounds orientation will be on the desk at the front of the classroom. If you cannot arrive by 5PM, you may arrive at 7:45AM on the first day of your course for health screening. Class begins promptly at 8AM.
