Tuition:

• $TBD for CPR and WFA Tuitions
• CPR is held Nov 3, 6-9:30 PM
• WFA is held Nov 4-5, 8AM-5PM daily

Location: Rockingham Community College, Bishopric Lifelong Learning Center (Rm 108),  568 County Home Rd, Wentworth NC 27375  

Meals: Not provided – bring your lunches and snacks both days.

Lodging: A couple of local hotels, Hampton Inn, Eden and Holiday Inn and Suites, Reidsville, are offering a special rate for TRAILS program students.  You will need to call the hotel directly, and tell them you are with the Rockingham Community College TRAILS program.  Please let me know if you have any trouble getting this rate.  Cabins and tent camping may be available at Camp GuilRock.  For additional information, please contact the Camp Director (campguilrock@gmail.com) at 336-342-1951.

Certification Info for NOLS WFRs: Only NOLS WFR students can attend a NOLS WFA for recertification purposes. If you are attending this course to recertify your NOLS WFR, be sure to alert Jennifer Lester. You will take a written exam at lunch on Day 1 and a practical exam at lunch on Day 2. Prepare by reviewing all curriculum updates, skills videos, and take the online practice exam available at nols.edu.

Certificates will be awarded to all participants successfully completing the course.  You can register online under the RCC Continuing Education-Online Registration tabs on our website by clicking the Enroll Now button at the top of this page.  Click “Register and Pay for Continuing Education Classes”.  For “key word” type in the word “wilderness”.  Check the “select” box next to the class you wish to register for, then click the “submit” button.  A registration confirmation should come up on the screen.  If not, call us at 336-342-4261 ext. 2107 to confirm you are registered.  Or just call to register over the phone.
