Location: University of Tennessee – Chattannoga; Metro Building Room 103; 518 Oak Street; Chattanooga, TN 37403
Meals: Not included.
Limited kitchen facilities will be available during the class (microwave, sink, coffee). You are welcome to prepare food in the parking lot or eat at any of the local restaurants within walking distance. UTC will be on spring break, so campus food options will be very limited.
Lodging: Not included.
Lodging and camping are not available on campus, but there are many affordable options in the area. A list of these options is available from the UTC host by visiting their website…click the Register Now button to go to their site and review their resources before actually registering.
Shuttle: Most participants drive from regional areas, If you are flying in, we can arrange for airport pickup.
UTC students will receive 3 upper division credits for this course (HHP 4999). If you attend another university and would like to receive college credit, you can complete a “Transient Student” form (below) and receive UTC credit for the course. You will then need to transfer the credit back to your institution.
Non-UTC students: In order to receive university credit you will need to register as a transient student at UTC (University of Tennessee at Chattanooga). This process requires the following 3 items:
